Pelicano Foundation, founded in 2009, is an officially recognized and independent organization that lifts children and youth out of poverty in a sustainable way by providing them with ongoing financial support through care partners. With the help of funds and through care partners, Stichting Pelicano provides for the basic needs of children living in poverty, ranging from meals, clothes, school supplies, doctor's visits, but also membership fees for the youth movement or sports club. In this way, the Pelicano Foundation provided sustainable support to more than 2,859 children and young adults on their way to playing a full role in our society.
