We are very satisfied with our experience. When listing, we received a clear and professional explanation of all the products, which really helped us to make the right choices for our baby.
We regularly buy presents for our little ones and we have received a very friendly welcome every time. Recently, we bought a folding buggy and we got a lot of explanations from the lady upstairs at the buggies. I was genuinely surprised how helpful she was. Not just doing the 'necessary' thing, but she was really determined to help us the best she could.
