gift voucher
Your gift voucher from the baby's corner is valid for one year from the date of issue. No need to worry, you can check the validity period at any time by activating the voucher in your digital treasure chest. This way, you'll always be up to date and can use your gift voucher in time. Enjoy shopping! 😊
Unfortunately, if your gift voucher has expired, it can no longer be used. We recommend that you regularly check the validity of your gift voucher and ensure that you use it in good time to prevent it from expiring.
track your order
Here are the details about when your order will be available:
Online order:
- If the products are in stock, you can check the shipping status in your profile. As soon as the courier collects the order from us, you will receive a track & trace code.
- For products that are not in stock, you can find the expected delivery date on your order confirmation. You will receive an email as soon as your ordered products are in stock.
Order in the shop:
- You can find the expected availability date on the order form in the shop. You will receive an email as soon as your ordered products are in stock.
Do you have an urgent query or require the product sooner than the specified date? Please let us know, and we will review the options together and suggest alternatives.
If you choose to collect your order from the shop in Nazareth, we will hold the ordered products for you for a maximum of two months. After two months, your order will expire and you will no longer be able to collect the products. This period starts from the moment the order is available for collection at our shop, which you will always be notified of by email.
returns or exchanges
You have 14 days after receiving the products to return them. ☺️ Make sure the products are unused and in their original packaging. If it concerns clothing, the label must still be attached to the garment.
The refund will be processed as follows:
- If you return an item via the webshop, you will receive a refund.
- When you make a purchase in-store, you will receive a refund in the form of a gift voucher (valid for one year).
- When you purchase a dream list, you will also receive a refund in the form of a gift voucher (valid for one year).
You can return your items in two ways:
1. Returns in store (free of charge)
Bring your items to one of our shops in Nazareth, Hasselt or Brussels. This service is completely free of charge.
2. Online returns
Follow these steps to return your items online:
- Send an email to webshop@babyscorner.be with the order details and the item you wish to return.
- We will send you the shipping label.
- Pack your return shipment and affix the shipping label to the parcel.
- Take the parcel to the nearest return point.
- In the event of a refund, we will charge the return cost. The price depends on your location, but is the same as the shipping cost.
Upon receipt of the returned product, the refund amount will be processed as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days. This includes the time required to process the return shipment, check the condition of the returned product, and complete the refund transaction.

Of course! If you want to exchange a product, you can exchange the original item free of charge within 14 days in the shop. ☺️ Bring the product with you and we will make sure you receive a different size or product of your choice. Are you exchanging for a product with a higher value? Then you pay the difference on the spot.
If you choose to return the original product by post, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact us first at webshop@babyscorner.be to discuss the exchange and receive the necessary instructions. Once we have received the original product, we will send you the new one.
We are sorry to hear that you received a different item than expected. We sincerely apologise for this. Please contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue quickly. If it is a mistake on the part of The Baby's Corner, we will arrange a free return label so that you can return the incorrect item at no cost. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation!
