You can effortlessly manage your birth list online with us. Log in to your account via our website and edit your list, add new items or remove products. Managing your birth list is as flexible as you want it to be!

Putting your birth list online is very easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Automatic activation: Once you have created your birth list, it is automatically activated in private list mode.
2. Private list (with password): By default, your list is private and only accessible with a password (see management).
3. Public list (without password): If you want to share your list, you can choose public list mode. This way everyone can see your list and pick out the perfect gift.

To manage this:

• Go to your birth list settings.
• Choose private or public list mode.

With the Comfort+ and Exclusive birth list, you can set a preferred store. Here's how it works:

• When creating the list: When managing your birth list, you can choose your preferred store. By default, this is set to Nazareth.
• Preferred store Hasselt or Brussels: If you choose Hasselt or Brussels, please contact us to discuss which products you would like to pick up there. Please note that products in these stores can only be picked up and not delivered to your home.
• Preferred Nazareth store: Products available in Nazareth can be either picked up or delivered to your home.

This gives you and your donors the flexibility to pick up items at your chosen preferred store.

With a pregnancy loss, we understand that this is an incredibly difficult time for you. 💕 We want you to know that we are here to support you. In your personal profile you can add your star child, after which we will contact you. We offer flexible options, such as saving your list for a possible future pregnancy or closing the birth list. Our team is ready to guide you and help you find the most appropriate solution for you.

3. Select desired color and size if applicable
4. Indicate how much of the product you want to add.

Absolutely! You can continue to add products to your birth list up to 8 weeks after your little one's birth. ☺️ So even after the special day, you still have you still have the flexibility to modify your list and add gifts.

Yes, on your Comfort+ birth list you can reserve products. ☺️ By doing so, we order the product especially for you, even before it is purchased. This means that the product is reserved exclusively for you. 

The important thing to remember is that all reserved products are required to be purchased at the end of your dream list.

You can mark products as favorites on your birth list. ☺️ This ensures that these favorite products are shown first shown to givers. That way they know exactly which items you would like in your home soon. It is a convenient way to put extra emphasis on the products you really care about or want to prioritize.

Sure! ☺️ You have the ability to hide products at any time from donors, both purchased and non-purchased products. Whether you want to keep want to keep the gender a secret before the birth or prevent donors from seeing certain purchases, this option gives you flexibility and control over what information is visible on your birth list.

Removing products is easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Go to your dream list.
2. Click on the product you want to delete.
3. Find the "Delete" button and give it a click.

It is important to note that you can delete products at any time unless the product has been purchased (in part) or if it is reserved. In those cases, there are restrictions on removing the product.

Sure! ☺️ You will receive an email notification as soon as something is purchased from your birth list. This keeps you informed as friends and family contribute to your dream list.

If a gift certificate was purchased on the dream list, it will be automatically activated in your treasure box. This means that you can can enjoy the gift and use the credit.

If products are not available when someone wants to buy them, they can still be purchased. ☺️ Once the products are purchased, they are ordered or pulled from store inventory. They are then assigned to your dream list. 

At any time you can follow the stock status of the products on your list, so you are well informed of the availability of the desired items.

Absolutely! ☺️ Selected products can be personalized with the baby's name. On the product page of each item that offers the possibility of embroidery, you will find this option. Here you can enter the desired name, color and font for the embroidery, making the gift extra special with a personal touch.

When making your reservation or purchase, remember to specify exactly how you want the embroidery or engraving done. Afterwards, this is no longer possible.

Sure, you can! 😊 Any product you buy yourself from your dream list is an upfront payment. This means donors can purchase it later. If a donor buys the product (partially), you will receive a credit in your online treasury. Don't want donors to still be able to buy the product? Then just hide it.

This is how you buy your own products from your birth list:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to your dream list
3. Add products to your shopping cart
4. Pay: Once you finish shopping, complete the prepayment.
5. Return to your dream list: After payment you will return to your dream list.
6. Schedule pickup or delivery: Here you can schedule a pickup at the store or a home delivery for the purchased products.

Every product you buy from your dream list is an upfront payment.

3. Add products to your cart: Choose the products you want to buy and add them to your cart.

5. Optional: Hide products from donors: If you don't want donors to be able to buy these products, you can choose to hide them.

All gifts from your dream list, including gift certificates, can easily be purchased online.

Sure! 😊 Here's how it works based on the dream list type:

• Comfort dream lists: Purchases in the store are possible, but the gift cannot yet be taken home immediately because it has not yet been assigned to your dream list. Once the product is in stock, as a parent you can choose to have it delivered to your home or picked up in the store.
• Comfort+ and Exclusive dream lists: As a parent, you have the option of determining whether products can be purchased in-store and taken directly by the donor. Keep in mind that products under pre-payment may already be at your home, allowing a donor to purchase them but not pick them up in the store.
• Preferred store other than Nazareth: With Comfort+ and Exclusive dream lists, you can see which store location the product is in for each item so you can decide where to pick it up or have it delivered.

1. Choose a product of at least €25.
2. Select the option to split the product.
3. The chosen product can now be purchased in installments of €25, along with a residual amount.
4. Donors have the option of purchasing or contributing the item in full.
5. Important: If you choose to split, this product will be reserved and therefore required to be purchased at the conclusion of your dream list.

Home delivery is available for all products, with exception of products located in a preferred store other than Nazareth. Follow these steps to request home delivery:

1. Go to the dream list module on the website.
2. Choose "Deliver or Pickup."
3. Select the products you would like delivered.
4. Standard items are delivered free of charge from €75. The delivery cost of partner items is calculated in the checkout.
   
5. A few days later you will receive the products at your home. 
   

1. Deadline: Returns can be made within 14 days of collection or receipt of the product.
2. Condition of the product: Make sure the product is unused and in its original packaging. 
3. Options:
   • Store: You can return the product free of charge in our stores.
     
   • Shipping: You can return the product at your own expense. Please send an e-mail with your return request. A staff member will inform you further about the return process. The cost of the return is at your expense.

Your birth list will remain available until approximately two months after the baby is born ☺️ During this time, givers have had the opportunity to choose gifts for your little one. This is also the perfect time to close your birth list and claim your 10% gift certificate.

If for any reason you want to keep the list open a little longer, that is possible. However, please note that adding new items is not possible after 8 weeks after the baby's birth. The birth list must be closed no later than 12 weeks after the birth. 

Closing your birth list is easy and can be done online in just a few steps:

1. Log in to your dream list.
2. Go to "Exit.
3. Select the open products:
   • Choose the items you still want to purchase.
   • There is a purchase requirement for reserved products, other products are optional (but count toward your 10% gift card ☺️).
4. Complete the payment 
5. Closure completed

Important:

• With the purchase of a minimum of 5 pieces with a combined value of €500, you will receive a 10% gift certificate in your online treasure chest immediately after closing.
• If there is a residual value from prepayment, you have the following options:
• Keep the residual value in gift cards and receive an additional gift card worth 2.5% of the residual amount.
• Choose refund of residual value. Enter your account number in the last step of closing and the amount will be refunded within 14 days.

The 10% gift certificate will be made immediately available in your online treasure chest once you have closed your dream list. ☺️ It is important to note that to be eligible for this gift certificate, you must meet the following condition: purchase at least 5 items with a combined value of €500 on your dream list.
