- The client expressly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if they were drawn up after these general terms and conditions of sale. To be valid, any waiver must be expressly agreed in writing in advance.
- Our invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless a different payment term is stated on the invoice or order. In the event of non-payment on the due date, Baby's Corner bv reserves the right to charge a fixed interest rate of 10% of the outstanding amount. In the event of late payment, Baby's Corner bv is entitled to suspend any service without prior warning.
- If a payment remains outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due date, Baby's Corner bv reserves the right to request the services of a collection agency. All legal costs will be charged to the customer.
- Certain countries apply withholding tax on the amount of invoices in accordance with their domestic legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid to the tax authorities by the client. Under no circumstances can Baby's Corner bv become involved in costs related to the legislation of a country. Thus, the amount of the invoice will be due to Baby's Corner bv in its entirety and excluding any costs related to the legislation of the country where the client is located.
- Baby's Corner bv undertakes to make every effort to provide performant services in a timely manner in accordance with the agreed deadlines. - To be admissible, Baby's Corner bv must be notified of any complaint within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services by registered letter at its registered office.
- All our contractual relationships are governed exclusively by Belgium law.
