How do I place an order?

What countries do you ship to?

We ship standard items to Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden. Shipping costs are calculated in the checkout.

Items outside the standard format or partner items are only delivered within Belgium.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours on weekdays as soon as all items are in stock.

Part in stock: Available items will be shipped immediately; the rest will follow in a backorder as soon as they become available. The expected delivery time is listed on the order confirmation.
Out of stock: The expected delivery time is indicated on the order confirmation. We will ship the order as soon as we receive the goods.

Can I track my order?

Sure! Once you have received a track & trace code via email from us, you can enter it below. That way you can immediately see where your order is. 😊

Can I pick up my order at the store?

Yes, you can! You can pick up your order free of charge in our store in Nazareth (Steenweg Deinze 33, 9810 Nazareth). ☺️

Please note that partner items cannot be picked up. In addition, there is no possibility of picking up webshop orders in the Hasselt or Brussels store.

Can I return an item?

You have 14 days from receipt of the items to return them. ☺️ Make sure the items are are unused and in their original packaging. If it concerns clothing, the label must still be attached to the clothing.

How do I return my items?

To return your items, click through to the return portal.

Through the returns portal, follow the steps below:

Choose the items you wish to return.
Indicate whether you wish to return online or in-store.
1. Store: Free returns are available in the Nazareth, Hasselt and Brussels stores.
2. Online return: please specify the number of packages for return. Per standard parcel, you pay €5.99 for a shipping label.
After paying the shipping label, you can download it.
Package the return and attach the shipping label.
Take your package to the nearest return point.

How quickly is a return processed?

Upon receipt of the returned item, the refund amount will be processed as soon as possible, no later than 14 days. ☺️ This includes the time required to process the return, verify the condition of the returned item and complete the refund transaction.

If you purchased the item (in part) with a gift card, that amount will be refunded in the form of a new gift card.

Can I exchange an item?

Of course! If you want to exchange an item, you can exchange the original item free of charge in-store within 14 days. ☺️ Bring the item with you and we'll make sure you receive another size or product to your liking. Are you exchanging to an item with a higher value? Then you pay the difference on the spot.

If you choose to return the original item by mail, the cost of return is at your own expense. Please contact us first at webshop@babyscorner.be to discuss the exchange and receive the necessary instructions. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the new item to you.

Can I pay with a gift card?

Yes, you can pay online with a gift certificate from the baby's corner. ☺️ Our gift certificates are valid for one year, so you have plenty of time to enjoy them. And if you have multiple gift cards, you can use them all during one purchase.

If you return an item purchased with a gift certificate, the amount will be refunded in the form of a new gift certificate.

How can I receive an invoice for my purchase?

If you entered a VAT number during checkout, you will receive automatically receive your invoice within a week of purchase. You can also download in your account, at the corresponding purchase.

How can I use a discount code?

Of course! Using a discount code is easy:
