7. Share your dream list with family and friends.
8. Receive gifts from your list.
9. Close your dream list within 2 weeks of the birthday or party.
   
10. Receive 10% gift certificate* as a reward for completing your list.

*10% gift certificate is valid when purchasing a minimum of 5 items with a combined value of €500 on the list.

Putting your dream list online is very simple. Just follow these steps:

1. Automatic activation: Once you have compiled your dream list, it is automatically activated in private list mode.
2. Private list (with password): By default, your list is private and only accessible with a password (see management).
3. Public list (without password): If you want to share your list, you can choose public list mode. This allows anyone, without a password, to view your list and choose the perfect gift.

To manage this:

• Go to your dream list settings.
• Choose private or public list mode.

It's that easy! Now friends and family can effortlessly view your list and choose a great gift.

Sure! With the Comfort+ dream list, you can set a preferred store. Here's how it works:

1. When creating the list: While creating your dream list, you can choose your preferred store. By default, this is set to Nazareth.
2. Preferred Store Hasselt: If you choose Hasselt, we will contact you to determine which products you would like to pick up in Hasselt. Please note that products in Hasselt can only be picked up and will not be delivered to your home.
3. Preferred Store Nazareth: Products located in Nazareth can be picked up as well as shipped.

This gives you and those who wish to donate something the flexibility to pick up items at your chosen preferred store.

Adding products is super easy!

1. Surf through the products: Browse the products on the website.
2. Click on the product you want: Find the product you like and click on it.
3. Choose color and size: Select the desired color and size if applicable.
4. Choose quantity: Specify how much of the product you want to add.
5. Add to your dream list: Click the button to add the product to your dream list.

That's it! ☺️ Your favorite product is now on your dream list. 

Absolutely! You can continue to add products to your dream list up to 2 weeks after the event date. ☺️ So even after the special day, you still have you still have the flexibility to adjust your list and add gifts.

Once a product is purchased, we place that product on order or remove it from store stock, if available. 

For absolute certainty about the availability of your chosen items we recommend upgrading to Comfort+. Comfort+ allows you to reserve products reserve, allowing us to order it especially for you even before it is is purchased. Please note that all reserved products are required to be purchased at the end of your dream list.

Sure! ☺️ You have the ability to hide products at any time from donors, both purchased and non-purchased products. This option gives you flexibility and control over what information is visible on your dream list.

Removing products is easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Go to your dream list.
2. Click on the product you want to delete.
3. Find the "Delete" button and give it a click.

It is important to note that you can delete products at any time unless the product has been purchased (in part) or if it is reserved. In those cases, there are restrictions on removing the product.

Sure! ☺️ You will receive an email notification as soon as something is purchased from your dream list. 

If a gift certificate was purchased on the dream list, it will be automatically activated in your treasure box. This means that you can start enjoying the gift and can use the credit for purchasing other wonderful items.

If products are not available when someone wants to buy them, the donor can still purchase them. ☺️ Once products are purchased they are ordered or removed from store stock. They are then assigned to your dream list. 

At any time you can follow the stock status of the products on your list, so you are well informed of the availability of the desired items.

Absolutely! ☺️ You can personalize selected products with your child's (choice) name or a short quote. This option appears on the product page of each item that offers the possibility of embroidery. Here you can enter the desired name, color and font of the embroidery, making the gift extra special and giving it a personal touch.

Sure, you can! 😊 Any product you buy yourself from your dream list is an upfront payment. This means donors can purchase it later. If a donor buys the product (partially), you will receive a credit in your online treasury. Don't want donors to still be able to be able to buy it? Then just hide it.

This is how you buy your own products from your birth list:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to your dream list
3. Add products to your shopping cart
4. Pay: Once you finish shopping, complete the prepayment.
5. Return to your dream list: After payment you will return to your dream list.
6. Schedule pickup or delivery: Here you can schedule a pickup at the store or a home delivery for the purchased products.

Every product you buy from your dream list is an upfront payment.

5. Optional: Hide products from donors: If you don't want donors to be able to buy these products, you can choose to hide them.

• Comfort Dream Lists: Online purchase only.
• Comfort+ dream lists: As a parent, you determine whether products can be purchased in the store and taken away by the donor. Keep in mind that products under prepayment may already be in the home, allowing a donor to purchase them but not come to the store to pick them up.
• Preferred store other than Nazareth: With Comfort+ and Exclusive dream lists, you can see the store location for each item.

For sure! 😊 All gifts from your dream list, including gift certificates, can easily be purchased online.

Yes you can. 😊 Here's how:

1. Choose a product of at least €25.
2. Select the option to split the product.
3. The chosen product can now be purchased in installments of €25, along with a residual amount.
4. Donors have the option of purchasing or contributing the item in full.
5. Important: If you choose to split, this product will be reserved and is therefore also required to purchase it at the conclusion of your dream list.

This way, as a parent, you have complete control over how donors can contribute to your dream list.

Home delivery is available for all products, with exception of products located in a preferred store other than Nazareth. Follow these steps to request home delivery request:

1. Go to the dream list module on the website.
2. Choose "Deliver or Pickup."
3. Select the products you would like delivered.
4. Standard items are delivered free of charge from €75. The delivery cost of partner items is calculated in the checkout.
   
5. A few days later you will receive the products at your home. 

No, it is unfortunately not possible to receive returned dream list products back in cash. Instead returned items are always processed in the form of a gift certificate. This gift certificate is automatically activated in your online treasure chest, allowing you to use it for further purchases.

Your dream list normally remains available until about two weeks after the party. ☺️ During this time, givers have had the opportunity to choose gifts for your child. This is also the perfect time to close your birthday list and claim your 10% gift certificate.

If for any reason you want to keep the list open a little longer, that is possible. However, please note that adding new items is not possible after 2 weeks after the party. The list must be closed no later than 4 weeks after the party.

Closing your dream list is easy and can be done online in just a few steps:

1. Log in to your dream list.
2. Go to "Exit.
3. Select the open products:
   • Choose the items you still want to purchase.
   • There is a purchase requirement for reserved products, other products are optional (but count toward your 10% gift card ☺️).
4. Complete payment for the selected items.
5. Closure completed

Important:

• With the purchase of a minimum of 5 pieces with a combined value of €500, you will receive a 10% gift certificate in your online treasure chest immediately after closing.
• If there is a residual value from prepayment, you have the following options:
• Keep the residual value in gift cards and receive an additional gift card worth 2.5% of the residual amount.
• Select for refund of residual value. Provide your account number in the last step of closing, after which the amount will be refunded.

The 10% gift certificate will be made immediately available in your online treasure box once you have completed your dream list. ☺️ It is important to know that to be eligible for this gift certificate, you must meet the following condition: purchase at least 5 items with a combined value of €500 on your dream list.
